Terms of Service

1. Legal Entity and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all services provided by SERVER GUY SOLUTIONS – FZCO, a Free Zone Company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates ("Company", "we", "us").

These Terms apply to:

• All services sold under SERVER GUY SOLUTIONS – FZCO
• All services marketed, branded, or referred to as qlub99, which are legally provided, operated, and invoiced exclusively by SERVER GUY SOLUTIONS – FZCO

By purchasing, accessing, or using any service, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

All services are digital services, including but not limited to:

• Consulting
• System architecture and automation
• Discord, Whop, web, or software configuration
• Development coordination or delivery
• Advisory and operational services

No physical goods are sold or delivered.

3. Service Delivery

Services are delivered on a best-effort basis according to the agreed scope. Timelines provided are indicative unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services at our discretion, including in cases of non-cooperation, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Reviewing all deliverables
• Implementing any recommendations, configurations, or changes

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from implementation decisions made by you or third parties.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

• All fees are due as specified on the invoice
• All sales are final and non-refundable
• No chargebacks or payment reversals are permitted

This applies to all services without exception.

6. VAT and Taxes

SERVER GUY SOLUTIONS – FZCO is not VAT registered.

No VAT is charged in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations. Clients are responsible for any taxes applicable in their own jurisdiction.

7. Warranties and Liability

All services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

9. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication.

Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
